Is
PhaserSMART available for all Phaser Products?
PhaserSMART is currently available for the Phaser™ 4400, 4500,
4510, 5500, 5550, 6200, 6250, 6300, 6350, 6360, 7300, 7400, 7700, 7750, 7760, 860, 8200, 8400, 8500, 8550, 8560, 8560MFP, 8860, 8860MFP and WorkCentre C2424 products. |

What
is required to use PhaserSMART?
You must have a permanent internet connection, a network connection
to the product, and a web browser. You must also have a PhaserSMART-enabled
product with Information Forwarding turned on. |

What
information does PhaserSMART gather?
Your product stores a significant amount of information, including
the product’s serial number, paper and ink usage, engine
error logs, ambient room temperature data and more. PhaserSMART
analyzes this “memory-bank” to help keep users informed
of potential printing issues, ensuring the product is up and running
as long as possible. |

I
have a Xerox product, but it's not a Phaser product. Can I still
use PhaserSMART?
Not at this time. The only Xerox Products that are PhaserSMART-enabled
are thePhaser™ 4400, 4500,
4510, 5500, 5550, 6200, 6250, 6300, 6350, 6360, 7300, 7400, 7700, 7750, 7760, 860, 8200, 8400, 8500, 8550, 8560, 8560MFP, 8860, 8860MFP and WorkCentre C2424 products. |

How
do I access PhaserSMART? PhaserSMART can be accessed by any of the following entry points:
- Through the PhaserSMART Web site at www.phasersmart.com or through the Xerox Products Support Web site at www.xerox.com/support
- Through CentreWare IS – click the Support tab and then
the Technical Support link.
- Through Printing Scout – click the PhaserSMART icon
(this only applies to the Phaser™ 4400, 4500,
4510, 5500, 5550, 6200, 6250, 6300, 6350, 6360, 7300, 7400, 7700, 7750, 7760, 860, 8200, 8400, 8500, 8550, 8560, 8560MFP, 8860, 8860MFP and WorkCentre C2424 products).
- Through certain drivers – click Properties, the Troubleshooting
or the Support tab and then the Technical Support link.
